FlexRad's flexible structure combined with proven thermal adhesive, provides uniform surface contact for superior heat dissipation that keeps LEDs cooler. It avoids the shortcomings of point contact with the rigid structures of metal clad and FR4 solutions, that over the long term warp and leave air pockets between LEDs and the heat sink.
